Personally i rarely use saves from previous versions, purely because it increases the chances of something going wrong exponentially.
Will I get into trouble if I get involved with all the women at the same time or is this game a harem?

I have had no trouble so far.
Some of them even tell you they don't mind you being with other women, no harem though because no one knows about the others as of now.
That may change later in the game though.
I don't know but to my understanding (spoilers for that quest) he doesn't actually have a mother at all, he's just asking for drugs then is selling them. I dealt with him directly.

Because gravity exists and artists need to account to that when drawing breasts. This is why i despise giant breasts in art that make me ask myself "is she okay?". I had a schoolmate that had big breasts but never two times the size of her head like Maria has. There is a difference between a gifted woman and a disproportionate mess. It becomes not only unbelievable but ugly as well. Maria is the most guilty of this.
