Ending 3: GANGBANG ENDING (Live with stepmom's rules - Obey Albert or (Say No - Return to your Stepmom)). This one has a BBC variation depending on if you enabled it or not

3a. GANGBANG ENDING: complete Kendra story BBC off.

So I have to restart the whole game to disable BBC, as this is decided before the path choices ?

When you reach an ending, simply click the "try again" line at the bottom of the page (AKA loopback).
This will bring you to the page where you make your story selection. There at the bottom of the page,
you have the option to turn off/on BBC. That way you will keep all your endings so far.

Not for a saved file, but if there is a demand for it, I can code something about it.
But you can always reset the game (start from scratch), this will flush everything.
That said, just curious why you need to do so?

haven't played the game in a while and want to (re)experience all the endings But now it's hard for me too tell which endings I recently completed and what I did a long time ago

Then I recommend that you simply start a new game. At the same time you will see all the changes I did on the older stories.

I just tested this, and the list is cleared. When you restart, it removes any variable from memory.
Just make sure to not load any saves after, but save your new game instead.
Also you could try to close the game (tab), then start it again. When you do, the list will be empty by default, then simply save your new game.
BTW, are you playing the online version?

Oh I'm an idiot. I saw the categories (stepmom, sam etc.) and thought they were endings I achieved. Sorry for the confusion!

No problem, those are just a reference to the number of endings. This was changed along the way, as a request from other players.
