You don't have to do it that way. I circumvent that with an Excel spreadsheet. That way I can make incremental saves at key decision points and return to those changing my decisions to get several endings within minutes of each other. Here's my spreadsheet in case you want to use it.

Ive tried that, making a save and then reloading and doing the other ones but they dont seem to carry over globally for me. It only takes the most recent ending I got, if I reload and do others, the ending from before doesnt say "completed" and instead the other chosen ending shows instead. Maybe an update fixed it, im on a slightly older version, 2.4.8

My position is fuck what the game thinks I have completed. I track it on the spreadsheet. I don't care whether the game knows I have all 66 endings. I know it. That's all that matters to me. But if you insist on the game knowing it, I know of no short cut other than the grind you've been experiencing. Turned out that the FM ends are easy, but I got them with my method. To get them your way will be time consuming as fuck. I wish you good luck, good memory, and plenty of patience. The last 6 involving the beach and pawn shop are really easy.

I've managed to get all 66 game endings 55 and subquest endings 11. I tracked them in an Excel spreadsheet, so I would not have to do the long grind of working my way to each ending when many come in bunches if you make timely incremental saves. I'm attaching my spreadsheet in case anyone else wants to use it. Although I'm okay with the sissification in the game, I wouldn't mind if a path were added where the MC could become dominant rather than submissive and end up dominating Kendra. It would require some different porn scenes acquired, new clothing store for men, and new dialogue with most characters. I understand it wouldn't be easy, but I'm sure there are players who would be greatly appreciative of that option. Looking forward to further updates. Oh! The spreadsheet has a second sheet with hints to get each ending. The last six aren't too specific because they are so easy.

Theres a couple endings and paths like that but pretty rare and mostly one off endings

Originaly wanted to do that with the main endings, but because of all the variable, getting back to each choice was more complicated then it seem.
That said, I will see if it's easy enough for the sub quests in a future update.

When you enter the base, and try to open the locked door, you select try the combination from 0 and up.
