This took a very long time but I've finally gotten every ending unlocked. There were some quality of life improvements added to the newer content but the older content where some endings take 30+ days per run still require multiple playthroughs for each ending.

There is a few endings that finishes with you transform. ie One with Lisa and the pole dancing.
That said, there will be more of them in future updates.
