To get ending S6, you need to meet Emy at the club's bar, you then will get Emails from her, continue the story until she's waiting for you in front of your house, then get her arrested.
I feel like most of the new routes are kinda rushed.. They could all use like 3 extra iterations with actual development of the kinks. It would make the game much more enjoyable. Rn it almost feels like this - Step 1 intro of the main character, Step 2 you pretty much transformed, Step 3 skip to the ending with extra steps. Expand on the routes instead of rushing new ones. <3

I also had to add features (ie in strip club, tattoo parlor, salon, clinic, etc) for several of the latest updates, this took one week from the time to write/code the story. That said, after the next update, I will have implemented most of the new features I planned. This will leave me more time to write the new story bringing the days from 7 to 10 or so. So your observation was right. Thank you for your feedback.
P.S. BTW, Asylum was an extension of Emy's story.

Is there any way to get a full-ending and full-cloth save? Many endings will lead to gameplay ending.

When reaching an ending, you will have the choice to do a loopback. When you do, all outfits you unlocked will remain in your closet (not the one you bought). Also in the next update, all the money you earned will be saved after a loopback.

was wondering if there was a way to keep track of the endings that we saw in game cause there are lots of routes with lots of endings
so it would be really helpful to know which scenes and endings I saw and which I didn't cause people might think they saw everything in game but in reality they didn't but they don't know that

Assuming you're using the 'start over' or loopback options, rather than just starting a clean new game each time, the 'Quests' tab will show you the endings you've seen.
I think it does, its just a bit confusing. The upper paragraph describes that video, the lower paragraph talks about a different video (which isn't shown to the player)
