Search Kendra's room and desk (low chance to find 5 or 10, once per day).
Do photo sessions in the salon once you complete that story (I think that was 80 per day).
Visit the glory hole once you unlock it (I think that was 150 per day).
Check your phone for an anon message (50, once per new game).
Visit the pawn shop and search the field with the detector for a golden ring (?) (pays 900, once per new game).
I think there are random events that can give you two in the park, but I might be mixing things up here. There's being a dog walker, too, but I don't remember if that pays...

Like it was mention in the post above. Also at the Gym, there is an ending that will give 1000. Also at the museum, if you take the job, and accept Lara's offer you will get an other 1000. And I'm sure there is more, but don't remember right now.
