I found tghe box and decided not to take the cage from it and went to sex store to get the cage there. its been 90 days and she does not unlock the cage. i managed to complete a whole bunch of other endings in the mean time. Tried searching stepmom's room a bunch more times, and found nothing else of value.

Did a quick restart, if you open the box and go with step mom option you get the FM endings fairly quickly.
If you go with the sex store option, she locks you up and nothing else happens. You are free to re do some other endings but i did not see a name change. Cant buy the nightie, still too girly for you, despite having done all operations at the clinic, and salon.

I forgot to mention to use the cage from stepmom for the FM story.
About the sexshop, getting the cage doesn't lead to a new story, bit since you're not the first mentioning this, I will look into adding more options to it.
You could also make it so we can go through a name change with enough procedures done at clinic and end up as free roaming shemale like Eli.

i wouldnt say its weird.
but it would definitely be really ideal if there was way more going on with the mom/milf and the moms friend. i know theres a path for that, but theres definitely a missed opportunity for the mom and moms friend to have ongoing events and stuff, even if they just keep repeating.

In the freemode story, SAM will talk to you later on. That said, I will see if in the future, SAM could be used outside the story.

I've got all 81 other endings and cannot get anywhere in Free Mode without triggering a previous ending. Are there any further hints besides the complete list of endings on your Discord channel? I found a good tip in this forum from someone who advised me to use Kendra's chastity cage. Crystal does not appear until day 22. She is actually the transformed Candy whom you meet on day 21. After that the three endings come quickly.
