Holy shit this game blows. A bit too overtly-dramatic and broken record for my taste. It's just the same shit over and over, the Husband is being distant and not attentive to the wife, she lets him know how she feels, you can choose to try to fix it and she becomes temporarily happy. Then however, he starts back to his old ways, her friend chimes in piling onto the drama and saying obvious shit, even though the MC seems to need the reminder over and over for what ever reason. Then it all just repeats, no progress and I'm a good ways in. I have no desire to continue to see if anything actually progresses, it's just boring now.

There are some, just have to browse. I saw a new one that is a spin off from "Mobile of Desires" called "Logan Netori story", so I would imagine search for Netori in the title. Female Protag combined with "cheating" should possibly pop up something along those lines, but you are right, for some reason all that is made, or all that people want to play is from the MC being cucked perspective, which really doesn't make sense to me... Well... unless it is a female playing it and she is getting off on the humiliation/depression perspective of the MC.
I don't care for them personally, I am not a big "kink" fan to be honest, I just found the emotional story of Netorare a bit fascinating (played a couple Japanese ones which were heavy story, less on the sex scene stuff). Cheating, betraying, etc... just feels wrong to me, so I can't really relate to it.
There have been a couple really good Netorare ones though that get you empathizing with the characters (long setup before the betrayal starts) and then is goes on a clever roller coaster of suspicion, false positives, etc... until it dives into the betrayal which then moves into a struggle for the MC to try and hold on, deal with it (ie... who, what, why, etc...) as the FMC turns into a monster. After that roller coaster, it is then nice when they provide a competent revenge, escape, resolution, etc... plot to tie it up that is "reasonable" as to how a normal person would react to it under certain circumstances.
Those are few and far between though, takes intelligent writing (and characters), subtle build, an ability to create likable emotional characters that really pull in the story and makes the reader truly feel the heartbreak for the MCs loss and betrayal.
It certainly isn't a "sexual" experience and I would be concerned for someone who would see Netorare from that light. I can't even think about things like that after some stories I have read, major sexual turn off, but it is a intriguing emotional ride, like watching a good movie that has heartbreak and a sad ending.

Seriously. It's not that I have a problem with NTR games, but the ones recently are so bad. Why the MC always so dumb? Why do ALL of his friends hate him?These games need a wood chipper ending.
There's a few that when you find out you can dump the slut. And a few where you can start cheating too, and eventually leave the whore for somebody better. Those I like best.
Even this one I wouldnt mind so much if the "love path" where your girl doesnt cheat existed. Or if your choices mattered at all. So far I've found one choice, and one stat difference in this one that matter. Thats it.
My guess is because the whole point of these games is to cuck the MC. I view them as Netori games through the eyes of the MC. The people who enjoy them always seem to identify with the FMC/Antagonist, not the MC and view the MC as the villain who deserves his fate.
That is why these ones you are talking about never allow a legitimate means for the MC to escape or find remedy, it would foul the plot of the so called true heroes (ie the cheaters) from getting their win.
They are at their very core, "MC is the cuck" games.

Before leaving a review, just to avoid creating problems for DEv, the game is half perfect, I choose to be an asshole, okay, so I'm destroying the relationship, that's it, the story is more than perfect, after a few chapters, the game took a turn that left me wondering, if I chose to be an asshole, why do I now find myself being a happy cuckold, if I choose the asshole path, I have to think that until the end of the game the marriage breaks up, that FMC goes with other men, but that as an asshole MC, it shouldn't matter, at least, the logic of the plot is like that, then the DEV, transforms me MC from an asshole to a happy cuckold, this is no longer logical, kindly, someone smarter than me, can explain this change in the plot to me, thanks
