There isn't an android version, it has to be ported...Anyone please share the link for Android version
While I understand your intended point, the same effect can be achieved by playing a publicly available release as well. One does not need to play the absolute latest content to make a well rounded opinion on whether or not they like they game to support it or not.I approve the early sharing of top-selling games. Sharing actually increases revenues for developers as it augments the product popularity.
Yes the rules for it are:

That's mostly a myth. Piracy can sometimes boost popularity of some games, but on average it results in about 20% lost sales, though the longer a game has been out, the less of a potential hit it takes (essentially, the more time that has passed, the more likely it is that someone that would have bought it already has). It also tends to hit small, indie devs harder than major studios.I bought this game on Steam to support the developer, but I approve the early sharing of top-selling games. Sharing actually increases revenues for developers as it augments the product popularity.
weird that most of the indie devs don't mind piracy as much as major studiosThat's mostly a myth. I get that this is a piracy site, but let's at least be factual about things.
You fail to account that AVNs are playing a different game to "regular" Steam games. That's mostly a myth. Most of the ones that you talk with here on a piracy forum? Meaning they are already on a piracy site?weird that most of the indie devs don't mind piracy as much as major studios![]()
i'm talking about indie devs in general, not just AVNsMost of the ones that you talk with here on a piracy forum? Meaning they are already on a piracy site?
Or at large? Because if you do a search at large, it tends to give different results.
It's not about minding- and more about "they can't fight it.". I mean they generally don't have money to employ lawyers to throw DMCAs on their behalf. Also, like others pointed out, it's a form of promotion in a way. That's why a lot of devs are active on F95 and managing their threads. And it's good too. Now that we are no longer in the era of "game demos", piracy is the only way to figure out if a game is worth it or not. And an old school single thread forum is still better than the separate post response system that Patreon or STEAM uses.weird that most of the indie devs don't mind piracy as much as major studios![]()
