I don't chase all tags/categories just to add it in game.
Actually, I wrote a plot before making the game. So, I stick to it. As I work, I test the game then update the plot if I needed, make some corrections, add something that I feel will fit perfectly into the overall atmosphere of the game.
And about my ambitions, when I was studying coding I found fun playing with variables and statements.
Like, a large number of different event options. Small decisions that affect the further narrative. I like it.
I want to stretch and develop the variability of my story.
When I mentioned adding things, I didn't really mean tags and wasn't talking about the next update specifically: I was discussing the general concept that everything added to the game, even a single plotline, should have an impact on the eroticism in some way, whether directly or indirectly. If you add a character with a dog - dog should 'guard'
, if you add money - it should have as many interaction
types as possible, etc; there are some exceptions of course (most of them are not applicable to VNs). But I think you already got my point.
I think the last thing you want your game to be is superficial and hollow, so every single thing you add should have as much impact as possible.
Good, so you already have a vision and a plan, but I just had to mention the general tips anyway, just in case.
I hope that I got it right and you want to make a VN with many branches and
not a full-fledged sandbox elder scrolls 69 type of thing.
My main concern for now is a visual one. I hope you will find a solution to make the art consistent.
PS: Is it former 'Pomni' on your avatar? I like it.
