I'm saying that as there was a long gap since it came back. And since it came back, there have been now 3 updates in all short span of time.
From what I know Dev is Ukrainian and due to war game was on hold and then his pareon account got frozen.

TBF i find just blanketly banning all Russians stupid, shouldn't punish the entire population of an entire country based on something stupid the government does...(cause lets be honest most nations would be banned across the board if that was the new norm but i guess since its only against the Russians its ok somehow) but thats a different topic for another day
its also possible the dev is using a VPN like pretty much everyone else these days
but meh either or at least updates seem to be frequent again which is the important part. Lol
Yeah but even with VPN if the card or bank account is Russian Devs can't get the funds from the subscribers. Hence all Russian based Devs gone to Boosty.

theres other payment options besides bank/card... i also can't find anything that states SubscribeStarAdult bans Russians IP either... do you happen to have a link/source to that I'd be quite interested in reading it.
