So, the progress took longer than anticipated, due to technical difficulties, so still waiting. My guess update will go in about 2-4 days

Well, it's past the deadline he set out for himself, but it's also holidays so he might be busy with other stuff. Nothing to do but be patient. It seems to me that he makes progress at a fast pace anyway, especially that he's a one man team.
1.0 just dropped finally, would have gotten it already but I don't have working creditcard for fanbox and I don't live in japan.
I would have aswell but im just short on cash so we rather gotta wait for public launch early next year or wait for someone else

You can; Go to a school, interact with a girl and end the day early, this triggers a cut scene where another girl approaches you and gives you a map, after which some repairs are unlocked.
It's still locked after Level 3 though. I don't know what to do...
there's even less to do actually since 0.8 allowed you to remove underwear unlike 1.0
No, I am sure this game is complete; on his pixiv page he posted pictures of lv5 and all. I don't know how to access them though.

Yeah, Plus the developer assured that this'll be the final version. So we probably need to do something to unlock after level 3. Sadly there's no documentation attached.
