Very nice.
Two or three scenes are not translated to English (rather at the end). The ending is rather abrupt and the language (story and translation) seem to become worse over time. Still very enjoyable and mostly funny.
As for h-content: there are nine images in the gallery of which six are already shown above (+ variations of those).

The artwork is downright beautiful but if the samples in the OP are most of the h-scenes I don't see a reason to even play it for the 2 that are missing. Shame.

I just picked this up in a 1$ steam bundle from Fanatical:

According to the steam forums, you can convert it to the h-version by going to the Gallery, hit TAB and enter the code "iddqd". I'm downloading it from steam now and I'll let you know if the code worked.

The code works - I poked into the renpy code and it looks like IDDQD and IDKFA both work, apparently the dev is a Doom fan.
