Hi Arryn. How's your reworking of the early chapters going? I hope that's still happening. I'm sharing the story with a friend, and we made it through the first three chapters.

In terms of the rework, it's going well. I'll use your question as a jumping point on why I haven't posted it over here yet. The first "demo" of the rework is already out, free, and is available on my Patreon page

. Thus far, it's only been posted on the Patreon site until last night where I got it up on itch.io. The reason I had delayed posting it elsewhere has been that some sites, f95zone in particular, get weird about how games are posted when they're revamps (a lot of devs start completely new threads for the revamp). I didn't want to start a new thread because it's the same game-- the revamp is just another stage of development for it. However, I didn't want to delete the old version of the game with the full story. The demo revamp only has the first day of the game-- so it's very short in comparison to the length of game updates I usually do that are a few hours.
So between working on the next version of the revamp, I've been trying to redo some of these sites like itch.io and finally would work my way here to relist the game within the same forum but have 2 different versions of it that are available: the original with the full story and the revamp which is following the same story path.
I'll confess that updating here has slowly become less of a priority because I get waaaaay less traffic from other here in comparison to other sites. Most people that found the game here have just joined the discord or patreon to get news updates that way and they're less active here. I still don't mind doing updates here and checking in though.
v0.02 of the revamp was actually dropped yesterday on the Patreon site and includes the first half of chapter one. Your'e more than welcome to check out the revamp but I'd honestly recommend waiting until you finish the base game first. I think the emotions hit a lot harder. The revamp is completely new with massive image changes, better writing (the beginning of the game had really shitty writing imo and I improved a lot), plus sound effects and legally licensed music.
My initial revamp updates are shorter and a tad slower than I like but I anticipate them speeding up as I get the original environments reworked. A lot of the early game is the same character positions, just different outfits and stuff. Right now the revamp v0.02 is available to Patreon supporters but will be free on 11/22 and i'll upload it over here then-- pending someone doesn't get mad for me still having 2 versions of the same game in this one thread. Hopefully, that makes sense. If you have questions, lemme know.
