I wonder if they've been hesitant to announce it or even allowed to talk about the game on patreon. I recall all the taboo content being wiped from their patreon so that must have put a halt on things.

on patreon, genres like shota/loli, incest, and bestiality is not allowed on that site because of "reasons" they dont like extreme fetishes, plus i heard from other forum website that patreon stalks you from other social medias if you have these genres of it.
Edit: they can easily ban you from their website

Any adult material produced and commercialized in Japan in any way must, by law, censor the exposure of sexual parts.
Pixiv is a Japanese based site, they and all of its users must abide by such laws, even if they don't live in Japan.
I'm just explaining to your point in the comment by the way, I've no idea if this is in any way related to what happened to that account.

That doesn't exempt them from the rules, if their accounts are up, it is because nobody has reported them yet.
Also, I say censoring, but that goes from mosaic filtering to just the thinnest of lines covering pretty much nothing, whatever you do as long as it can be classified as censoring will work.
Third, new to hentai, yes. Regardless of how much you probably have seen, if you have to wonder why a Japanese site has to force artists to censor their adult artwork posted on their site, I'd say you are relatively new to hentai.
As a side note, and with no intention of being rude, try to use some punctuation on your posts, is kinda hard to follow what you are trying to say sometimes.

Preeeetty sure he's not working anymore on it or just put like an hour in a month to work on it, since he has a little nice income from patreon and those animations he did for ads from nutaku, i guess he really doesn't botter anymore. He promised on his patreon an animation of a character at a goal that never happened. So, i think we clearly know what his plans are. Besides, you can see a lot of VNs and games here and how developer works, mostly of the you have updates every month or two. This guy announced it like three years ago already. Pretty sure it will never see the light. You can even see on his profile here, las time he was online here more than a year ago.
