For those looking for some hints (and also for those who already got everything and are willing to help me), I have attached an excel file with all female characters and all progresses I have found so far.
From what the game tells me, I am missing scenes on only 4 characters (Mary, Lit Teacher, Lauren and the Motel Manager). I might be missing some others as I have recently discovered the footjob with Brigitte which was supposed to be complete.

If you have any trouble achieving a progress, you just have to ask me with the name and the progress (or the line number), If I remember how, I'll tell you.

Update v38: It's a partial update of the file, I found some issues in the file (the sad thing using excel, when I missclick, I can end up messing the whole file). It's a partial update as I'm still missing three potential entries (I marked them). One with Kate, one with the Principal and one with the PE Teacher. It's more likely that I'm missing some others so if you have some that I don't have, don't hesitate to tell me how to get them.

How do I find the strip club?

If the strip club does not show up in the residential area then you need to ask Jill about where she works (she won't tell you) then have the family dinner on days that Jill works like Wednesday. Leave the diner immediately after eating and if her GF Mia is there with her car to give Jill a ride to work all you need to do is go to the residential district next and a button to check out a dark alley should show up. Go there and discover the strip club. Once you find it there are story arcs inside that eventually end up with you becoming best friends with Mia and later her BF as well as a BJ 3-some with Mia and Jill. Jill will sell you alcohol while there and later when you see her in your rooms. Don't waste your time and funds on anything but premium booze (for Victoria/ Violet story lines).

use your phone, open the browser and search for a job on the weekend, it should activate the studio. then it's a matter of convincing your mom, then eventually stepmom and eventually the porn shop owner to do pictures.
