I was never able to find or accomplish it.

as soon as you arrive at the hotel with the PE teacher, try to enter this code:
PETeacher.LastNightTog["Dress"] = "dressed"

Holy Shit, now it hits me like a dump truck. Fck.
I feel like an idiot all this time.

Yes, this make so much sense.
It never occurred to me that this was already the scene.
I was more focused on the idea that the trigger event would happen in the motel's pool since one of the
grandmas stay there during 13 or 14 and that the MC would want to butter up his grandmas by buying them
"summer clothes" for the a possible future pool event.

SHITE. LoL

Anyway, sorry for the self-ranting. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CLEARING THIS ONE FOR ME.
