As of 0.28, the only models are Lisa (mom) and Anna (stepmom). After you complete a modeling session, you have to use the phone to search for another job before asking a girl to model for you.

Edit: (Thanks to Dorago for the correction) there is also Julia Carson (XShop owner) that can be a model. Her photo shoots are a little different because she can do promotional photo for the XShop.

If you scroll down to the release, it shows that you need to be at the higher tier to get early access, so that would be $15. It should release at the $5 tier in 2 days time (1st of August, I think).
