Do not click the sleep to fully rested button. Always use the sleep to certain time. If using the cheat mod it bugs out and makes the infinite sleep cycle. Step Mom also works out at 0600 hours in the morning too.

First go to contacts and check your relationship status. It should be changed to "Girl Friend" from "Friends". To change this relationship status go to Neighbor house at 17:00 and talk to Lauren. Then "Talk" with her and go to inside. Then select "Join Dinner". After having several dinners, your relationship with Bridgette will change into "Girl Friend". Then you can visit her at 03:00 and have sex. Good Luck!!!

Note: You should already have girls ready to model and have xShop jobs setup. Best to have one model do an x-shoot first. Just to be safe.
This first bunch resets timers:
GData.Time =9; Player.Energy.Value =100
ModelingWork.LastXShopWorkDate -=10
GData.SearchThemes["Job"].LastPhotoJob -=10
Now, open your phone browser and search for a job. There is a command that doesn't this automatic, but I think there was issues using it. I believe it was if you used it before finding the studio, it would not let you enter the studio later.
Pick a Model:

jump SMomRequestModelingLabel

Many times it's up to the RNG in the game. Most of the time the RNG is not kind to the player.

After dinner, hitch a ride with Mia and Jil. Go in club to buy wine off of Jil.
Save game.
Wait an hour until 21:00. (Can hang with Mia if still waiting on double dance)
Go up to the party. Keep pouring drinks until empty. Using wine makes it so they don't get too drunk beforehand. Then go get more wine.
If fail, then reload save.

I had this same problem. In my game, it was because I had not triggered the aunt's two bathroom scenes where you use the shower. Trigger both and then the path should start moving forward.
After sleeping with her in the same bed, spy on her in the bathroom early morning. She will allow you to use the bathroom. After a self shower scene you catch aunt jumping on the bed nude.
