I know that alcohol can be bought at a bar and I've yet to unlock that place since it's hidden along Jill's route.

The photoshoot. Going there with Lisa, she will only do bikini poses. I've gone a lot of times to visit the photographer and talk about her interests, but that's hasn't made a difference. They only work on certain days and make sure you're going specifically at 19:00. Either that or you haven't gotten far enough in the task itself which will happen naturally just by going to dinner every day. You may also have to ask her about her job as well.
