You asked for Mega and Google drive links which Hrelease have on their Patreon page, if Mega, Google drive and the F95 link don't work for you then you have a serious problem with your computer.
Take your computer down to a shop and get it fixed would be my advice.
Hrelease have linked to their storage folder for as long as I can remember.
I don't think Patreon cares about restoration patches so long as the base game is clear of their banned contents.
At least it's been that way thus far.
One thing I had to do was to talk to Kate about the other family first. Under the chat option. I don't know if that will help you or not.

The game is fucking ridiculous with the amount of bullshit Hoops you have to jump through and still can’t get a scene to show up.
