I agree with you, it is likely the shapes. But, the logic of "what happens to the children?" comes hard into play in the story, unless .. nonsensically, everyone ignores it. In which case it's a pain in the ass from a developer's point of view to continue the story, and to have to render out that shape for every single model on the work. I mean, technically, you could code it so that each woman CAN get pregnant, and there is an on, off switch for the appearance that kicks in, but that's double the renders for every single scene, just to see a woman with a belly. I understand that attraction being a thing, but they all push so hard to make sure it's in every single game they like. They try and bully the dev into doing it. Just go play games that the dev already does it and stop trying to force it in the games. There are just so many people who don't seem to understand the work that goes into some of this stuff. Futa people don't push that hard. Gay people don't try and get it forced into a straight game. I just don't get why these guys think they can MAKE the dev put it in and essentially ruin or stall out a game like this.
