Things I haven't seen in the game, but seen in files...
1. Jill working out in the gym at stepmom's
2. Motel Manager states there are two maids. The second one is her daughter.

For Jill to work out in the basement, invite Lisa for dinner at other commune at 7pm, and at a day when Jill doesn't work in her bar. Once relations have sufficiently improved, they'll stay and she'll start working out downstairs, but I've never had this develop into something more exciting.
As for the Motel Managers' 2nd daughter: interesting!!!

Haven't seen her at all yet. There are already lots of characters in the game I hope he brings in eventually that we have seen, but we can definitely use a little more hot chocolate in the game too.
