Don't know how your variables got their state, but until the game will get the bug fix there is only one solution I can suggest

open console (shift + O) and enter the command:

Mom.TalkThemes["Requests"]["SFamDinner"].DinnerInvite = False

Then go the step-family to diner alone. It will open the dialogue option with Mom

Yes, until they patch the things between them, you need to dinner with SMom after each fight to get another invitation

I think it could be added as an option, since you can fuck anyone with or without a condom...
But since the game will then become even more complex than it already is, the question would be who is allowed to get pregnant and who isn't... if only the neighbor's daughter and the lawyer get pregnant, some users won't like it and they'll want more... hence the question of who is allowed to and who isn't
