even with cheats + my own cheat mod on top to make things even less annoying + looking through the code and walkthroughs, it's still grindy, you have to repeat all possible interactions multiple times in the hope of finally unlocking that eluding 1% character progression
Once you've "met" the masked spray painter (go to Downtown/Residential/Admin areas between 2200 and 0300(?) to start that ) , confront her at the the legal offices and ask about it. Post handy, she'll take your phone (and no, she doesn't wash her hands first.... Other peoples kids) and you'll be able to check when the next event is via the browser.

Can some please tell me how to continue with the lady's on this list? Progress with Larean. the bath, confessions and backyard help are all maxed out . To get the "Take your chance" option, you have to have had her go down on you, gone down on her at least once and jerked it together at least once. You wont get the option to go down on her until after you spank it together one time. Once you've done both of those, you'll be asked to go down on her, choose No. Then choose to jerk it to her with tip. That "should" open the "Take your chance" option. For it to succeed, you need an allure value higher than 70 , have at least 1 blowjob and she has to be your girlfriend
So:
Get the girlfriend, get the blow job, burst in and watch, burst in and jerk it together, burst in and go down on her, burst in and don't go down on her but choose to jerk it together and there you go

That's just the thing. There is no "jerk it together". I only get to pay or not pay to watch. I've never seen an offer for cunni.

if you don't have PDebug on, you'll have text telling your allure vs an actual number. You'll be "sexually "something. The breakdown is:
indifferent = below 10
appealing below 20
catching below 30
inviting below 40
interested below 50
attracted below 60
charmed below 70
fascinated below 80
desired below 90
longing 90 and above
If you've done all that and it's still flaking out, open the console (shift+o) and enter each line, pressing enter before entering the next:

SluttyMaid.Cunni = 2
SluttyMaid.BlowJobs = 2
SluttyMaid.MasturbatedForYou = 2
Hit esc, and wait for the next time you catch her.

If your preferences don't save when you exit and re-enter the game, run the game as administrator and hopefully the problem will be solved.I still have the bug (?) where all preferences are gone, also the already seen events so I have to "skip unseen" or watch everything again at every new start.
Someone has the same problem?
Is there a solution, I tried 'search' but didnt find anythinh helpfull
