For Jill to work out in the basement, invite Lisa for dinner at other commune at 7pm, and at a day when Jill doesn't work in her bar. Once relations have sufficiently improved, they'll stay and she'll start working out downstairs, but I've never had this develop into something more exciting.
As for the Motel Managers' 2nd daughter: interesting!!!
