What does the incest patch do?

Puts family edition on the front screen instead of commune edition, and makes tiny tweaks to the relationships, such as the second sisters becoming half sisters, first sisters becoming actual sisters, and Postilant Kate becomming Aunt Kate. Do note that some characters (such as Anna, the second mother, or postulant Kate) are still sometimes referred by their old title in some circumstances.
