Hope the dev comes here on the forum.

Is this going to be a kinetic novel? There was a choice at the start but it didn't change anything or have any different dialogue, just let you choose if you want to avoid seeing a scene, but that's it.

The FMC is very hot, and I find it a bit funny how her body is as hot and almost as athletic as her sister even though her sister trained to an athlete.

Wow, I liked this synopsis and it's still based on GTA, which is an excellent franchise, which only motivates me more to take a look at the game.

Streets of Allegiance sounds like the only VN where I’d have to decide between avenging my family or remembering to pay the electric bill. GTA-level grit, mafia betrayals, and probably at least one scene where someone says ‘fuggedaboutit’ while unbuttoning a shirt :sneaky:

Nice little start. Now to hope FMC won't become a blackmailed/corrupted train station. But her sister's still out there so...

Blackmail isn't even in the planned tags yet, and there might be more tags. However, it's highly likely that it will happen when the main villain we met at the beginning of the game finds out where FMC is hiding and goes to America after him...

I think it's gonna be the other way around. She's going to find where he is and hunt him down.

Yeah I'm anticipating, we all know how FMC based games generally go. To each their own of course but something different would be nice. Synopsis speaks of revenge and redemption, let's see how it translates to what may be expected.

Personally? Ruthless vengeful FMC... That's what I expect from this game...

Hello everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to give you all an honest update regarding Streets of Allegiance.

Unfortunately, the game has not sparked the level of interest I had hoped for. Out of thousands of players, only a very small number truly engaged with the project (around 11 out of 1000+). Considering the huge amount of time and effort needed to create these cinematic scenes and to tell the story the way I envisioned it, it has become clear that this is not sustainable for me to continue.

It was, however, an absolute joy to work on this project. I’ve learned a lot in the process, and I am truly grateful for every single positive comment and all the appreciation shown towards the time and passion I put into SOA.

Thank you for giving this story a chance, and for the support and kind words along the way. Even though the project will not be continued, your feedback means a lot to me and will stay with me as I move forward.

With gratitude,
HeartBytes

How old is this game though? On Patreon it says there is one post and that's from yesterday.

I shared the finished product with some people before release, and the feedback was pretty clear – the game and its story would struggle to compete with the majority of titles here. And honestly, I understand that. This is a huge market with a lot of competition, and there are many projects I personally support and appreciate as well.

Both I and the person who writes and helps shape the story have to look at this realistically. That’s why we decided not to continue.

Our vision was to create a mafia-themed story with a female protagonist who is not a victim, but someone who makes her own choices and knows exactly how the business works. Sadly, it seems this kind of idea doesn’t find enough support among the audience here.

I´m sad about this decision more than anyone, because for me this project was more than just work – it was a passion.
