Looks like the file we need for Win 7 is on Win 8 and up. If that's the error you're getting.

The 3 final rewards don't seem to work, It opens a videoplayer screen but nothing happens.

And its easy to cheat edit the save in user/username/appdata/local/realstripblackjack.

I'm also running in Japan Locale if that would affect it at all.
