I legit thought it said strip jack black and immediately saw the woman as genderbent jack black. I am disappointed that this is not the case.

AppData/Local/ is where the save game is located, open in notepad, change money to whatever you want, mark the file read-only, enjoy.

On my Win10 x64 the saves were located in two places:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\RealStripBlackJackGym\savegame.sav
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\1345360\remote\SteamBJGym.sav
Editing the first one didn't change anything in game (both rw/ro). But the second one was ok.

I tried to download twice from two sources.
