Search in the save file for your family name, it's rarely used in the save file (your given name is more frequent). Find your own character ("MainChar", a small number, your full name, your age, race, sexual orientation, and so on, all your atttributes and skills).
I don't know about that command, but you can modify the save file, just scroll down the file to almost the end and search for the name (you can use hotkeys) and if you scroll to the right you find the attributes, proficiency and all about the character, i would not change the archetype in case gives an error, you can also change the image directly, try not duplicate it, if you delete the code for the image (scwxxxxxx) and load that save it will choose an image at random with the physical traits that are asigned, you can also modify these, later on you can change their opinions in game to modify their personality.

Where these community images? If so you probably specified these image packs in the config.dat file instead of the user_config.dat one and it got wiped out with the update. With the new option interface that shouldn't happen moving forward.
You need to use the Fire Employee action on the employee while they are at work. Assuming its been at least 30 days since you hired them. As someone else said, you can sometimes fire them earlier if they are not dressed properly using the Evaluate Employee interaction.
On 1.07 the pregnancy stuff is disabled via a taboo now (that disables the birth control and fertility treatments as well). However, setting the base_pregnancy value to 0 should have prevented them getting pregnant so not sure how that happened. There are no events that trigger it that ignore the base_pregnancy value.

There's a console command cheat set_image that can be used to change the image associated with a character. It will change their physical attributes to match the image, but the traits, abilities and skills won't change.

There's no permission flags at any level. Either she agrees to do it or not. You can keep asking and attempting to convince her, until she accepts and now she will always accept at that level. Also what you are referring to the active partner is internally called the initiator. In general you are the initiator until you give it up (there are some circumstances in which your partner is the initiator at first).

So yeah, it would get to the point that their desire for a boyfriend outweights how much they like you. However, it does consider how long you've known each other. But I find at least two things that I don't understand and bother me.

I can't ask a girl to be my gf if we weren't friends before. so maybe they should ask to be friends..?
I find it weird that any girl can approach and ask, when she doesn't even like me or how I look.
2. I don't really get how some of the gossip works and some relationships between other characters.
I know a girl cheated on her gf.
Now when I speak with her gf I can tell her that as gossip, like it's some random thing, and she doesn't care and it won't affect her relationship at all.
Or I can try to "make their relationship worse" with a lie... one that might not work or just make a tiny difference.
Am I missing something here?

Great job figuring that out. That's a 3rd party image so you should contact the creator and let them know.
They won't join if they have high willpower or high lewdness. I think the both need to be below 50. If either is higher they will never join no matter what. Club owners and city commissioners will also never join. There are a few other hardcoded exceptions.
For me it makes sense being a bug with the "symmetrical" thing, cuz sometimes they stick it in without notice, and later on they ask for consent, so something is messed up.
Most probably you need to build more locker rooms (as I see you only have one, you can build up to 5).
