Great to see a fellow lover of having lots of virtual kids. Like you I set the child support payments to 300 (it's a nice number) but nothing else. And in my experience, starting with 20k in hand plays differently than with 45k. Chiefly because you go into debt much faster and you can run into more hiccups in hiring and accumulating fame. Which necessitates a different play style.

In fact my current game, I deliberately set my starting cash in hand to just 10k and yeah. It plays very differently and I enjoy the challenge.

My advice of cutting costs only applies when you are already in a deep hole. No one ever gets out of a hole by digging deeper. You stop digging and start working on adding more dirt until you get out. However, if you were never in the hole in the first place or it wasn't that deep then yeah you're correct.

Spend money to get more money. Build slowly and train everyone so that they grow as you grow. That's the ideal way.

Also the hiring of college kids who aren't working, changing their opinion to like/love working doesn't seem to work, or you manage to change their opinion, won't interview with you then next minute work for someone else. Drives me nuts.

There's probably hidden opinions that you're not addressing or you're not giving them enough attention, especially the sexual kind. I have had no trouble hiring unemployed college dropouts or college kids and paying them well below market rate. Of course I spend a few days 'prepping' their opinions so that they would even entertain the job request but nothing too hard. Just time consuming.

Poaching however never works or I have yet to crack the code on how to steal someone's staff away.

In one playthrough I got myself $150k in debt. I was able to get out of that hole but it took at least a year of game time. At $700k I would dump that save and count it as lessons learned for next time.

Thank you for your reply. I had it happen twice now, the other one was in an old game from a very previous version though (0.6 or something).

Unfortunately the console command does not work.

Crap, my fault. There should be a run before that, as in:

run &bi_cur::become_bi char:82 true

I dont know whats going on but been stuck on loading assest from start for an hour now please help tried the megapacv3 and now the updated ofg pac still same result

In all likelihood there's a corrupted data file in there somewhere. See if the log file shows anything that says where it's at. The log file is at C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\LocalLow\Total Fluke Studios\StripClubWars\Player.log

potential bug? Just had a character tell me I got them pregnant.

I had "base_pregnancy float 0" in the user_config file. Base config file still had 50

I suppose they could be lying? Dunno.

I'm guessing you also used the in-game options to set that value. In that case, the in-game options take precedence over the user_config.dat file. Make sure that pregnancies are disabled there too.

Latest save version is from 1.04. I've downloaded 1.07/1.08 and 1.09 but my saves are incompatible. Is there a way to find the versions 1.05 and 1.06 so i can update my saves? Not seeing them between the downloads

Hi, possible bug on the Avg Rev/Share on my club, it is currently -654/182% and it's moved my points to -236,067, not a big deal as the money is still coming in, just thought I would mention it. Great game btw

Looking at the incest opinion the Help says it has a related opinion with sex, but there doesn't seem to be a single sex opinion, is it a removed trait? Or what is meant.

If you update the game out of sequence then you will break the save. You need to update one version, open, save, update to next version, open, save etc.

If you haven't updated then I don't know .

Just a bit of a bug, when the random event happens

Wondering if anyone has some insight here.
Going from .08 to .09, and a few of the SCW images seem to be failing to load from the packs. Copied the same images from my .08 save into the .09 folder and but a few of my existing characters are getting default images now.
Most are still okay, so I know the copy worked fine, but about 5% are missing.

If I try to assign the images via console I'll get an error such as 'Image scw00503 not defined'.
The images are all in the right place for 00503 and it was valid in .08, but not in the new version apparently.

Image set 694 has a pregnant nude that's not tagged as 'preg'.
