It's in the save. You have to find your own MC' entry (search for MainChar) and right after your etniticy, sexuality and district, there are your money.

What portion of the save file controls what picture set is used?
I started a new game and it did the same thing, the hottest Asian girl was gay, lol.. of course. I looked at it and thought that the 1015 number was likely choosing the image set, so i swapped it out for another character, but that made the save unusable.
Is there some other number i should be modifying?
Heh, ok, you and i have very different definitions of fatties then.
I started a new game and the second load was better, regarding the monstrosities, so maybe i just got a bad load the first time...
Having gone through the folders to pull these images out, i recognize that they make up a minority of the ones available, but for whatever reason the first game i loaded seemed to favor them heavily.. very heavily, much to my annoyance.
The second game i restarted, just to see if i could get a lower percentage, was much better. Although i did get stuck with a fat girl for a sister this time... None of the 18, i think it was, options were a fit girl, for some reason.
That said, if you think these are 'curvy', you should change the primary picture on the OP to reflect these girls instead of the ones that are there... LOL. Tastes are different. i get it, but to my tastes these are fat girls.

scw00078 is the image set. SCW is the 3-digit module ID and the 5-digit number following it is the set ID.

The character images in that screenshot would be "scw00078". If you use any mod packs the 3 letters will be different because the letters denotes the image pack and the numbers denote the specific character IN that pack. You can manually change them but their personal details might no longer match up correctly so that's up to you how much you care about that. So you could change "scw00078" to "scw00032" but they might no longer even be the same race or have the same body shape etc. It's a lot of work to manually change all of those for everyone though.

Well, almost did.. turns out the 'childhood friend' character was apparently a type i.. don't like? for some reason, so i would always have no option but to tell her i wasn't interested... Annoying lol. Try try again.

Does anyone who has modded the game before know how difficult (or even possible) it would be to create something that whenever characters enter the nude state of undress, which should be z9-12?, (during sex specifically would be ideal) that the game randomises the z value from 9-12? Or even just between 11/12? I attempted reading the code myself but my brain melted out of my ears. It's cool if it can't be but I thought it might work as a companion for the image packs I did to better make use of images since in my experience so far it seems to choose either z9 or z10? I could be wrong though.

you generally shouldn't change image set through save editing, at least not if you want their physical characteristics to match their image. Your best bet is to use the cheat command to change it. It's a bit more involved, but will automatically update the character's physical stats to match the image's defined characteristics.
You do it by first finding a partially match image set. Your current character is using scw00078. The primary file for that set is scw-00078-f1a-snmml-dld-x-head.png; the "f1a" part defines this as a set for Female, 1st age group(18-25 years old or something like that), Asian. All those other letters after "f1a" are defining the physical traits for the image (hair color and length, eyes, bust and hip size, etc)
f1a is the part that must match, so you find another image set you like that's for f1a characters. Use Windows search for *-*-f1a in the characters folder and it will filter this part for you.
We'll use scw00109 as an example. So you like that one and decide to use it. You then enable developer mode in the game settings, restart the game, and load your save. Hit ` to open console, then use the command "cheat set_image 1015 scw00109".
This will change her portrait to scw109 and also update her physical traits in game to match the traits defined for that image set. The 1015 we used in the command, that you thought was the image set is actually her character ID so that's why it's there.

It's in the settings before you start the game I think its coded to 135 days min
Never seen that before. I don't have a good guess for what could cause that. Does it always happen? Can you go to another room and come back? That should force it to regenerate the menu.
Tried several times without luck. The option is missing. I started a new game, I hope this will not happen again.

I don't have any insights on the bug in question, but the cheat console can (maybe) get you out of that situation without starting a new game. Just use
"cheat set_attr 3 stam 100"
Hopefully the bug goes away the next day? If it's persistent then yeah that's a problem

Open the console ingame and type:
cheat add_cash 3 100000
The first parts are the cheat and making it target your character (your character is always 3), the last number is the amount of cash you want to add, so you can change that up to whatever amount.
I would want to try this! Management games are best for me, Being a big boss, or a slaver, or a king ^O^. In the past we had these type of games like "free cities" "Masters of Raana" "Station master" "Lab rats1 and 2", not everytime they had great graphic qualies but still are great game. Now we could enjoy AI powered games with improved arts, and devs may have more time concentrate on enhance the ways of playing, at least more Random characters with convincible personalities (maybe like living people in living world?)

Weirdly, i have second expansion done, and have 4 bars, 2 seating areas, a parking lot, pool, etc.. and only 2 bartenders and no drivers, lifeguards, or anything, but the game seems to think i have no jobs available to post?
Did i not build something i should have? Or is there a limit on the number of employees? seems weird with half my built stuff in second expansion having no employees.

There is flag present in the savefile. Though only in individuals who start as virgins.

you need an employee lounge or more locker rooms. They increase your max employee cap by 6 and 12, respectively.
