The one for your OS, not the experimental version that is for testers that know what there doing.
i think there was a version with bug that makes it absurdly unlikely for the event to happen, use the itchio version.

Okay, so after changing version and visiting a bunch of uncleared bandit forts, i quickly found a green question mark which heralded the start of the quest.
Believe me, no point in using the potion since its buggy as shit. Randomized face and body changes, persisting randomized character portraits even when savescumming (you have to go to the slave market, hit the visual change tab inside the upgrade screen for altering appearances, the exit the menu to revert picture changes), MtF characters not having pussies but somehow still able to have vaginal sex/vaginal exp, neither gender having a chance to instead get turned into a hermaphrodite, etc.
Got my hands on some as a random loot drop and i gotta say,
You should know that this game is still pretty much a alpha/beata game.
The potion should be craftable instead of a drop since it doesn't really do much. Although knowing this dev they'd try to lock it behind playing the story.
Exactly why i'm voicing my displeasure, i'd normally keep it to myself but i like to give feedback.
Dev does not come here and to give feedback you should join the discord site for best results.

Probably because they used the word sacrifice which by definition means to kill in offering.
The dev is very active on the discord site and only goes to itch when there is a new update.
