Fr, I've been sawing that for years and now updates are no longer 8 months or even 10 months. Casey's was July 2024? At a certain point Devs should hire more people to work on their game or switch to full time if that's what they really want to do in life. I'm not entirely sure if Substar is their only source of income either be that other work or other sites like Patreon for SAH and the new game (whatever year that comes out) Their attitude is one of heavy favoritism. What is clear however, is that the new game is either heavily cutting into SAH production time, or Moron is getting lazier. Slacking more and more with each new update. Each slipping further and further behind what they promised years ago, which tells us fans aren't going to get anything from the Discord suggestions tab this decade and that the game will either be stuck in development hell for decades or have a rushed finish without much content. The continuity changes have been more noticeable recently too. I could go on but most of the info is still available for those wanting to look into it themselves.

This is basically like that ben x slave game, 2 of them working on the game and they still cant even update the game and its been almost more then 3 years since the last one.
Even scott managed to release 3 to 4 fnaf games in 4 years and it was just himself

im only just dipping my toes into this scene properly even though ive owned the account for years, but tbh from what ive seen this seems to be standard practice for the game devs. Hell "summertime saga" is the most liked game on the website, and with the engine update its actually REMOVED most of its content and is now drip feeding the re release of it. Talk about milking money huh?

And the financials arent 100% transparent, but that game has 35,000 patrons. Even at the lowest tier, which most of the donations wont be, thats 35k a month, almost half a million a year if every donation is the lowest tier, to sit around re releasing content that already exists. Some of these devs are absolutely shameless.

Also general question open to everyone willing, am i being dumb or are the girls not showing up in places the game says there's supposed to? Im stuck at 2 locked hearts with all but 1 of them.

most characters only appear in certain days and sometimes you gotta wait till the next week for them to appear and you to be able to do the event

yeah im encountering an issue where even on the right days, at the right times, on multiple weeks, im locked at 2 stars. For example, for the younger sister it says to meet her in the evenings in the hallway, but she shows up in the living room in that time slot over multiple weeks.

Its largely irrelevant though, i read back a few pages and it seemed there was so little content that i just used a save someone provided.

6 month update window > 8 month > 10 month > 11 going on 12
Each used to grant 1 SAH update now let's say the new game releases alongside just to make it easier.
Instead of 2 SAH updates per year we MIGHT get 1 and a new game update.
SAH > 6 months SAH
SAH > 6 months new game > 6 months SAH > 6 months new game update > repeat
SAH > 12 months? SAH and maybe new game
Point is the new game is not only taking dev time away from SAH but increasing the dev time of both by at lest 50% ie 6 months or 3 months each. (assuming an equal dev time for the new game which should be quicker or slower then quicker as base game coding is implemented but knowing Mora it will get even slower.)
Why? Why indeed...

Considering it's up to 3.5p from the 3.5o it was at the beginning of this thread, and I've seen preview pics of artwork from it, I'd say there's a good chance it isn't. So we can actively fuck Casey (the femboy) now, and hopefully be able to fuck Chloe (the kawaii younger sister) in the near future. We just have to be patient.

The game is never gonna be abandoned, it's a consistent schedule of way too long for the content that ends up in the game. The correct term is milked.

The dev makes several grand a month, has been making this game for years, and there hasn't been a single sex scene in game yet, and when he updates he adds maybe two to three scenes. Believe me, he's scamming his supporters, even if they don't realize it.

Yeah, the last time I played I can remember about 3-4 different outright sex scenes, with a few sexually suggestive ones sprinkled in (you two in the bath together for a few different scenes, Casey masturbating while thinking of you [that's actually two different scenes], etc.). So yeah, you can absolutely have sex with the dude at this point.

Hello and welcome to another Monday post!

The Chloe update is fast approaching, though I'm still not comfortable with giving a date. It has, admittedly, taken longer than intended. It's been almost a year since the Casey update in fact, which I did not realize until someone mentioned it in Discord. There's still like 2-3 weeks left until we hit the 1 year mark, but I thought we had double that left.

I'm not really happy with how long it has taken personally, but there's not really a way to speed things up either. Instead, I'm considering the option of making smaller updates.

Originally I wanted to do big updates, both because I enjoy them more and because I wanted to avoid people saying I'm milking subscribers for money with small, meaningless updates. (I saw a lot of that happen to a certain dev before I got started.) Turns out, people will say you're milking them for money regardless of your intentions AND some people might prefer smaller updates instead of waiting a long time for one big update.

So... That being said, I will be holding a poll after Chloe's update is done and after the poll to decide the next character is done as well, to see if you guys would want smaller updates instead of big ones. I guess you can let me know what you think now, but I'll still hold that poll when the time comes!

Anyway, that's all I wanted to cover this Monday! Mostly surprised at how fast time goes by than anything else and that making me reconsider how I do some things
