From what I understand the path was in the older 3.0 or something patch but got removed for reediting or something, not sure if they put it back in or not. But if not you can find an older patch of the game and still see it.

Like for example "Jane's" content missing from anything newer than 3.1 as I understand it.

If I downloaded 3.1, does it still have all scenes from earlier versions?

There is a method of opening up the gallery If memory serves. Think it is listed in the TF games support thread for the game...

As for the Locked of thing during the newer updates: Thats because they are in the process of rewriting said path (Mallory path went kinda grimderp with Mallory being a monodimensional Rapist...)

Played it a little and ended up several times at a descisionpoint where all further paths were still in development, so basically the game let you run into undeveloped dead ends...this is very annoying and imho the game is hardly playable like this.
