I thank you for being reasonable. And I'm sure I speak on behalf of most of the dev's here when I say that.Nope, I just stumbled on real explanation by chance on a different thread.
Apparently, many people here on f95, including many uploaders and mods here, for many years, use angry emoji, or pacepalm for... wait for it... to just mark the thread as read, for themselves.
So... game devs, take no offence!
Personally, I click Like if I download the game, to mark which games I already downloaded (therefore played), also it's a way to thank the uploader, but I am just a mere game player;-)
