So let me get this straight all battles result in defeat and the MC dies each time? Then you get another MC until they die? So no sex other than lose battle sex, plus so many hot girls but no harem?

Honestly, its short of a miracle that THIS game came out at all.sqdt are so damn high on the money they made with this game
they forgot they can make more/new games
Walk with me back a decade: SQDT has two successful games and an artbook under their belt. They're working on their third game, Knights of the Dream, which was a tactical game in the vein of Fire Emblem, but with Succubus Quest mechanics, and even had a playable demo.
..and then.. everything just sorta.. fell apart. There were rumors of infighting, particularly between the coders and the artists. Arguments over who held the rights to what. Then radio silence. Then their website being taken down. Then confirmation on twitter that the group had disbanded.
So nearly a decade later, it was announced SQDT had reformed (but not with all or even most of the original members) and was releasing Succubus Academia.
i still have that demo should i upload it here

That's kinda how succubi are supposed to be.
there is no such thing as the "magic human dick that tames the succubi"
they are the predator, you are the prey.
It's kinda sad that there are very few games that get it right.

So I know from MGQ that 'most' of the porn scenes are actually "bad ends" (I didn't beat the first game, and I know there are 'required' ones), but does this game actually have multiple protagonists and your character(s) die no matter what, or is it more of a "Hey, you can either beat this succubus and live, or get a porn scene and new character. Your call."?
Pretty much. Each succubus has a chosen protag that they want to fuck (ie, the childhood friend), the point is that your soul goes to a character, the character fucks their chosen succubus, dies and the succubus leaves the world satisfied. Then your soul moves on to another character and repeats. You have to unlock the characters by meeting them in the school.
