Here's my saves before succubus fights in chapter 5, stats edited so you move before them and kill them in 2 attacks. Haven't shared saves before so hopefully didn't fucked it up. Drop in www\save.

way too much cutscenes that arn't of interest
I wish this was renpy so I coulds just SKIP all (I am using RPGM skip but it's not skipping fast enough)
and way too many trashmobs on the maps who are uterly useless and just there to stall you and waste your time
also dissapointed that only summer has a developpement after drain. The BE/AE were my fav parts of the game
PS : I can for sure say that the quality really went down. I mean back then we had the pseudo animation and we had different angles for each girl with the reward of a scene with body developpement if we got tempted when we won.
Now the scenes are like only 1 frame.

Just completed Chapter 5. Oh boy. The wait for it is not proportionate to the level of quality. Somehow this ended up being the weakest Chapter. It feels like Zion is way more interested in telling a story than developing a Game, and after playing Chapter 5, I feel like he needs to switch over to the Visual Novel format like the original Monster Girl Quest.
All maps in Chapter 5 have 0 exploration, 0 treasure, 0 collectables, and the same trash mobs as before, which at this point in the game are completely useless and offer no sort of a challenge. On top of that, every map is designed with the same gimmick in order to progress.
I feel like at this point if Succubus Covenant turned into a VN, Zion could conceivable get these chapters out at a much faster rate, and not waste so much time on level design. It's not his strong suit, he hasn't gotten better, and he's clearly burnt out on it. The worst part is that I'm actually quite invested in this setting and story. It's good. But I can't say I'm hopeful that it'll ever come even close to being finished, if this is the rate in which he's pumping out Chapters, that are less than subpar.

There's even less content in this release, most new succubi are literally 1 or 2 static pictures. No different perspectives, no different defeat/win scenes, no animations, no voices, nothing...

There is nothing but mobs plants. The mobs plants and succubus have too much hp but boring attack patten.
I already fight 3 succubus but then I gave up playing this game from lazy creator.
I walkthrough like 3 areas (ninja , and 2 season succubus ) then i realized this is the same failure like Eden crest.
kill single demon plant. Then kill demon plants guarding crystal like things. Repeat. What an failure gameplay.U are a failure zion. Failures.
This ch is the same failure like eden crest but with less arts and more profits for zion.

Yo hold up for a sec ! After all this time, we still didnt get animations and, fuck, even a gallery ? Wtf the dev was doin? Or am I missing something cuz everything after chapter 2 is still unwatchable for me.

If this game had good writing and gameplay to pair with the phenomenal art, it would be on of the best games out there. Instead, its a grindy generic fantasy game. Shoutouts to the homies putting up their save files!
By the way am I alone in thinking The Duchess was totally rushed in Chapter 5? Her and her generals had no prior scenes leading up to confronting them, and when you do face The Duchess, it's treated like all the other boss fights from the previous chapters.

I literally agree on every single point and was considering writing up a comment summarizing the same things. I found myself so frustrated at the gameplay elements simply because there was no challenge or reason to explore! It really should be swapped to a VN. The story is actually really good (minus some typos on this release). I absolutely love the art as well... I guess I was really just hopeful that this update would be a bit more substantial. I can tell you're a person of great taste FrostFire! I had to give you a cheer when I saw you post my exact thoughts lmao.
I lOve how zion recycled the dutchess footjob tail job scene in ch5. He do promise there will be 4 scenes for 4 holes. But he never said all scenes will be new. Huh neat.

i expect nothing but i'm still unhappy with this chap 5.....no various scene for defeat / submit / win and temptation (except duchess), no exploration, bashing the same mobb...... after 2 years it's a big disapointment. Chap 1 was a pleasure....now i just woow he cleary don't care about the quality. Sad, but just porn game.
Where should we go after completing chapter 4? any one knows?
