You can proceed without the witch's help. In this case, the Witch Hunters will replace her in the story.
You don't need to side with the witch to proceed. Any side will do.
Ch.3 was pretty good though no animations is really, really meh. Game feels kinda lifeless now without them, even if they were subtle. The best of the entire chapter was the Imp girl. Why? because you can have sex with her and not die. Plus the whole scene was really cute, sexy and funny. Something this game lacks. Best encounter so far. Too bad she didn't have the body of a succubus but she is just an Imp after all.
Does anyone know how to beat the General in Underground Grove? I can't deal any damage with her.

I fucked up by clicking the "new game" button just after finishing this new update. So all my saves got deleted, but thankfully I had my old saves in the old folder.
Animating the sex scenes was a lot of job for the producers, and required a LOT of time; part of the reason the first chapters took too long to make was due to the animations. So Zion took them out.I don't know but its crap without it, i'm disappointed
Saves from previous versions don't work; Zion reworked the game for the full release of chapter 3
Find what hurts her more, physical or magical attacks.
Leave her for last and equip all runes.
Do all the side ruins first to get all the rewards and powerups.
Roast as much meat and fish as you can so you can increase your HP and MP.
Don't forget to cast Iron Will outside of battle before fighting her so you don't use your first turn doing that.
Can anyone give me a save that lets me start from Chapter 3? I don't really want to play through the first two chapters all over again, since the old saves don't work.

It's actually worth to replay those two chapters. The devs did a beautiful job with those many changes so it could be fun to replay and figure out what changed.
The underground grove is the chapter 3 zone. Wait for the next chapter to advance.
Did anyone has a save just before the third chapter please ? I lost my previous saves and I really don't want to restart all the game.
A lot of the fights feel quite difficult. Is there something I need to be doing to power up? So far, all I noticed is the fish and meat for stats and the side content for stats money and moves. Recently I fought cow girl and her cow stampede did over half my hp and the fights have been kinda rough for awhile so I'm wondering if I'm missing something.
Some succubi are weak to physical attacks, while others are weak to magic.find the one that makes more damage nd build your attack strategy from there.
