It seems that there is a cave (or whatever deep map) which needs "long rope" to enter. I can see that there is an item called "very long rope" at the hammerfall tribe store tent. However, even if Aeolos has that item, the cave still says that lacking of that item (long rope). Does this mean that there is another item called the long rope to be found?

The very long rope has no use right now because there is no cave suited for that kind of rope. Ofc in reality you could still use it to climb down that cave, it would just be longer than necessary for that job but still usable.

See it as an early investment for later.

No, the main character can't beat her yet. You have to survive five turns to win that battle.

Meanwhile, standing and fight against the duchess will lead to the result of your choices in the witch quest.
Hunters - You and Klemes are saved, but you lose 25HP due to the poison. However Klemes has a special training for you.
Witch - Klemes is killed covering your escape. The witch uses blood magic and you gain 25HP instead.

Defend, hunters --> The hunters will save you and Klemes (bow man), you will lose 25 HP points, but gain 1 point in attack, magic attack, defense, magic defense and agility.
God, which --> The god of gifts will defeat the duchess and also invite you to his castle, you will see the process of succubization.
God, hunters --> I think it's same as the witch route.

Depending on if you accept help against the Duchess or not you will have a fight or a little game of power demonstration ahead of you but after that the content for chapter 3 is done. You might want to return to your private village for a little bonus.

Me encanta tu trabajo y para mi el tercer capitulo, que creo haber terminado me ha parecido igual a los 2 primeros, es solo mi opinion pero lo he percibido asi, he estudiado animacion y se que ese tema es, tengo entendido que desea ahorrar tiempo en eso.
