I would argue that it should be changed to better adhere to peoples specific tastes. Like someone suggested using Male Rape as a tag and maybe even Female Rape/Fem Rape for consistency, it's clearly defined within that tag itself. I understand that this is a porn site and not the real world, but we have much clearer words that can be used to define tags.

I imagine some people would be confused and use those wrong, like they do sometimes with Male/Fem Domination tags
where they put "female domination" as in a female getting dominated

I don't know what your problem with the translation is, but I have literally not encountered anything even remotely resembling "gibberish" - and I've pretty much gone through the game 3 times by now.

The closest I could find to gibberish is the "slurping noises"/onomatopoeia when the succubus sucks you off, which do not equal MTL.

well the translator says it is edited mtl, on the translators notes. Below is an excerpt from it:

"3. The final H-scene has a somewhat different tone compared to the others. Why is that?
Aside from it being the finale? As you might know if you saw my previously translations of
Succubus Maze and Sadistic Maid Rebellion, I don’t actually speak Japanese. I rely on cleaning
up MTL translations to create a fully English game, with minor bug-fixing. Let’s make this
really clear: The original MTL translation of Scene 13 is complete nonsense and almost
unreadable. Due to this, I basically had to rewrite the scene using CG and story context."

Then that's more a problem with the user, moreso than the tag itself. If they really wanted to get super specific with the tags, they could do "Male/Female being Raped" or "Dominant Female" in order to deter confusion, but I don't know how well received that would be. Tags being misused is a very common thing already, especially the NTR tag.

Deliberately lose at the minigames every time. The protagonist will start enjoying the "punishment" a little too much, and eventually Rust will flip the script on them and make the sex a reward for winning instead - at which point you should, for obvious reasons, start winning the minigames instead (pick whichever ones are easiest - I personally recommend the hunting and aphrodisiac-riddle minigames. Especially the latter, as the answer will always be the same for each difficulty level - green chest, familiar A, raven).

How do you download with 7 zip then play the game? There's no method to alter it to change the sound files to be their Japanese originals in 7 zip.

And what would the problem in using more precise language be exactly? It doesn't matter if reverse rape is already well established within porn sites, it's actually an incorrect term, even if it is already understood.
