We're still waiting for the update. There is generally a progress report monthly, but who knows if/when it will ever finish.
Everything is generally finished, including the addition of Steam achievements. Everything now is just polish and fun additions they're adding until their set release date of Q3. Which, given, is a three-month window.
I really wish people would read at least a few posts of the thread before commenting.
That's more info then I had. I just check the cien occasionally, and all that shows is changelogs.

It looks like the release date has been "delayed" to around the end of September, who would've thought
Not sure where you're seeing that. They haven't posted anything on Twitter since the 8th (which is saying they were able to fix the problem mentioned in the screenshot you're replying to), and their last post on Cien is just a list of the new features. Also, they've never had a set release date. It was Q4, and was then moved up to Q3. So, it's releasing sooner rather than being delayed. It was never set for this month to begin with.
