Click on the 'Fan Translation' link on the main page and follow the instructions.
The game doesn't have an english option out-of-the-box, see, you need some extra steps to translate it.

I feel stupid for asking but I can't find a way to get different girls on the world map.
I have the nun, bunny girl, dryad, beach loli and bloomer girl.
How do I fight the other girls?

They're not on there, but you can make a custom deck with them in it and fight in free battles against those decks.
