Gameplaywise kind of? You're not recruiting monster girls. You're mostly going stage to stage fighting shit and solving """puzzles""" but the general idea of fighting monsters and eventually fighting a boss remains the same but in a 3D space instead of 2D.

How do you properly save in the game, all i can get is checkpoints and they only display two options regarding; resting and checkpoints. Ive tried the checkpoints to find a place to manually save but all i get is the boat, which takes you out the game completely. When i come back into the game the load button is nulled out and my only option is to gawk and the gallery or tough out the game again. Just wondering if its just me or thats the actual game cause i aint seeing noone asking abt this
