It is a bit hard to answer whether it is avoidable or not. So I will explain the situation to my best understanding and let you decide for yourself.

How skippable? I mean, don't mind playing it at all, but I'd like it the most if NTR weren't an independent arc, but rather scenes playing along the story that you can choose to avoid, but if you play them, they don't condition your character's future development. Not a fan of 100% submissive arcs, but having sub episodes or elements in the story is something I appreciate.
