so in short... do you will make succulence "sequel" with "core" concept on it
or we just discuss it so far and not yet making any progress xD (you should make donation page like substar for sure)
since the core issue was.......

we need game like succulence 1
and so far..... no one come close other than damon (which the dev seems also gone)

getting money also gets you deadlines and expectations to meet, I can understand not wanting it for something they just work on their free time
I said when I started this project that I would not create a Patreon or anything of that nature to support this project, that it would be freely given when I was done with it. I also said that I would not release anything that did not have hours of proven gameplay ready.
I am not [R]Nest and will not do any of the things that caused the real problems with [R]Nest.
One of those main problems was setting deadlines.
I have a 40 hour a week job and do not make my own hours. I also have other responsibilities besides work, just like a great deal of you probably do.
I work on this in my free time, as I have said before.

I appreciate people wanting to support my work, but I will not take from people when some other jerk has stolen from them.
I have been sharing my creative process and I have been trying my best to create something fresh and in the same vein as the first Succulence.

If you want more immediate results then hope I win the lottery or something so I can retire from my job, but I will not take money from random people. That's the way I feel and it'll probably never change. I will only ever accept money for tangible finished products.

I hope I didn't come off as mean or anything. I just hate having to repeat my stand on following the same path as a thief. I'm still coming in hot with a recap and more new information this next weekend.
If you wanna support me wear a banner on your signature or something. I posted one here a while back.

I am trying like hell to have something for everyone before April because it would be absolutely awesome to celebrate my birthday with it, but I can't make any promises. That's not saying it's the finished game, but I'm hoping to have way more than the Track Training story done before then.
I've been batting the idea around that when it's completely finished I might build an arcade cabinet style display and take it to conventions, but as we all know that's a long way off.
In case anyone is like "that's overboard" I already had the cabinet that I and my brother were going to set up to run other PC based games, so I wouldn't be building anything that didn't already exist.

I think he means if the game will contain sext toys and if it does will she be able to wear it in public?
There is a couple of things that fit that description, but they're not usable everywhere. In certain instances it'll give you the option to use these devices and some of those locations are public and/or crowded areas. Some of the devices will be used on her by others.

I needed clarification mainly because there are games and other media now that can be connected to vibrators and other electronic devices classified as sex toys to make it a more interactive experience. That kinda thing I'm not doing, but I won't say there isn't an in-game experience where Serena might have to contend with a similar device while streaming.

That should bring us all up to date. There were a few images posted and questions answered, but these are all the important info. I collected all this for any newcomers that don't want to hunt and as a reminder of what's already been said about the game. I'll be adding new information in the next day or two, along with a new image or two.

I haven't had a chance to sit down with the game work this week.
Between holiday nonsense, family car troubles, and real world work schedule issues...
Most of it got resolved as of today.
I'll actually be able to do a few things over the next few nights, so my update will happen over this weekend.
Apologies for the delay.

I made a Christmas Card for everyone here from me and Serena.
SerenaXmasCardX.png
I'll be coming back with glad tidings, game information, and more lore from now until the 23rd.
Today's little installment has to do with more of Serena's backstory, because parts of the mystery of Second Semester and beyond not only call on things from her future, but also her past. There's lots of wordplay, so brace yourselves...
Serena got her teaching degree at a specialty school for new instructors, in other words they show you how to be a teacher no matter the subject.
I'm also bracing myself because this is either a really decent pun or a terrible one.
Serena went to the California University for New Teachers. She first met Angie Tight from the first game during her third year of her four years there. Let's all recall that Serena had already lost her virginity at the start of the original game, well she lost it during her senior year of that college. Angie thought the situation when Serena lost it was funny as hell, so when Serena graduated and was looking for a job she hooked her into coming over to the school in the original game. Serena's absent mindedness about sex, the comical effect alcohol had on her, and the banging body she practically ignored amused Angie.
Of course Angie got her own job blowing the principal.

Tomorrow I'll be going into some of the lore of "the other world" and how some of its past crosses over to our/Serena's world.

More background lore...

The "other world" has been connected somehow to our/Serena's world long before Serena stepped into the portal in the original game, but the connection was locked until Serena used the activation ring by total ignorance in the original game. The important thing to take away from that is that the key for that lock was sitting on this side, meaning that someone on this side sealed it off and must've had a reason to do that. Eve, the succubus from the original game that tried to enslave Serena, was well aware of the portal as were others in the higher levels of power in the city of Ahn (the other world location in the original game.)
Did any of us notice that after Serena put on the ring and went through the portal that we never again brought up "the ring." That's because it was what we'll call a recognizer artifact. A recognizer artifact becomes part of a person's being, making them able to traverse the portals as a traveler. The portals let the travelers through sort of like facial recognition unlocks your phone. It was a safeguard the sorcerer who originally connected the worlds came up.
Serena will learn about this mysterious sorcerer's actions from the hermit who will assist her in understanding her own powers.

The races of the other world all have their parts to play. In the age of the sorcerer all of these races co-existed in peace, but once the sorcerer disappeared things broke down and some individuals craved power over others.
We met the orcs in the original game.
In the Second Semester we'll be meeting Elves, Goblins, Undead, and Yeti. They all have their own problems and their own territories. The other world as a whole has 5 continents, the original game's city of Ahn was on one continent and Second Semester's other world locations are part of a larger continent. The larger continent has varied regions. The Yeti live in the frozen north, the Elves live in the jungle filled central area alongside the humans, the Undead inhabit islands to the east, Goblins invade from the south, and there is a desert wasteland in the west.

It'd be great to have the full game done, but I can't make any promises. Maybe the first or second build. I can't be completely certain at this point.

Popping on here real quick to let everybody know that I'm still around and will come out swinging with more information in 2026. Now I'm bracing myself for the extremely long two days I have coming up, working almost 20 hours straight tomorrow and about 13-14 the day after... Yikes.
