RPGM Succulence Series Resurrection [Development Thread]

Alright. Time to share a bit of what I came up with from the holiday suggestions and a few tidbits of the club plans.
Instead of doing what [R]Nest did with his little Christmas event I plan to give the whole map an overlay and there to be multiple encounters worthy of whatever holiday they represent. I came to this decision after reading all your suggestions and checking out a few of your references.



Before I fill you in on the holiday plans, let me clue you in on important information regarding how to start these special episodes. You will need to complete the first main story mission in the other world for each of the three village chiefs before they will become available. This will trigger the formation of a tribal council, which is the group you'll obtain special quests from.

The first of these holiday "specials" I'm going to plan out is the Halloween adventure, which will be pirate themed. I made a little image to show off Serena's Pirate costume. The school is going to have a Halloween party, including a costume contest. That contest will feature several female characters from the staff and students. There will be other places around the neighborhood Serena lives in that also has Halloween encounters, including a party in her building and a big event at the local bar.
The pirate theme is just Serena's costume and the bar in the regular world, but there is more piracy in the other world. You can take on a special quest from the tribal council to fight off a band of pirates that are set to invade the coastline. Once the pirates are dealt with you'll have unlocked a new village filled with pirates that you can visit in standard play when in the other world.

Still considering other holiday overlays, Christmas is probably the next one. Not every holiday will have a full overlay, such as a form of Superbowl Sunday and certain famous birthdays. Not really a sports fan, but I do want to have an american football themed event chain since there are so many chances for fun encounters, might as well use it as a holiday. If I do a big calendar holiday such as Easter, Christmas, New Years, Valentines, or Independence Day then I'll do a full episode like with Halloween. For things like Mardi Gras, Octoberfest, or other region specific seasonal times then I'll try to represent them as event chains, maybe even trips to new locations. If I do add new locations then you will be able to revisit those locations in standard play once the event chain is complete.


It's fantastic to hear from fans all over the world. We were all disappointed in [R]Nest for dropping baton in the middle of the race. It will take a while, but I hope my games will meet expectations.

There's plans for all kinds of cosplay for the fan conventions she'll attend. As a convention goer and panelist for many years, I know how cosplayers all behave and how conventions run. I plan to use all that knowledge to enhance the scenarios planned for them. Nobody, no matter how vulgar or perverse is comfortable walking around naked in a bunch of strange costumed people until they get used to it over time. I've incorporated Serena's glasses into her character to enhance that kinda thing. Most ladies wouldn't wear a see-thru top if they knew it was see-thru and most of your cosplayers going for pure accuracy wouldn't wear their glasses for a costume unless they could hide them in some way or sub in contacts. A lot of Serena's costumes will show more skin than she signed up for and the cosplay club will take advantage of Serena not having perfect vision. Over time she'll mind less and less, but she will have those ENF reactions a lot of us enjoy when she finds out the first time. And yeah, a Mai Shiranui outfit will show up. The Fortune though... I prefer the Venus myself, I remember how hard people worked to get that suit on the girls in DOAXBVB.

As soon as I get all the parts organized and ready for assembly I intend to seek as much help as possible.
I wish I had all the skills myself and infinite free-time to work longer each day on it.
I might want to play it even more than some of you.

How much RPGM experience do you have? This game sounds awesome don’t get me wrong but this is going to be a hell of a game to code.

I hope corruption will feel more organic, than being a barrier in a scene collector. I didn't like that about the original. I was pretty far in, but for the final teacher outfit, you had to do this park exhibitionist thing. The problem I had with it was, that she acted pretty innocent during the first 1 or 2 scenes, even though she did much more exhibitionistic things without minding it before.

When I get around to the remake that's one of the many changes I have in mind. The original had so many scenarios standing in the way of progression and many of them felt far too removed from what was going on.

I don't feel the word corruption is accurate for what's going on in the narrative, but I digress.
After the initial push from the first game's narrative Serena basically just have to get into a comfortable nature where she basically says "screw it" and does things. With her powers ramping up as things happen, erotic feelings bleed out. The people around her get affected by her lust and their lust affects her, corrupting back and forth I guess.
Everything will feel more connected.

And btw will u implement Bestiality? On original game it feels like he wanted to add it with the neighbor dog but as lot of things he leave it behind.

while i respect and appreciate your work, i think you should keep it narrowed and small at first. As the time goes, it made me happy to know there will be soooo much content (to my understanding), yet it also make me worry at the same time it might stress you out for having many content for the game at once.

I do wish the game to be fully played asap, but not at the cost of a person's sanity, sorry if i'm out of line just kinda worried out here.

I hated that too. It felt like the dumbest thing ever. The stupid "naked lady gets hit by a car from going lust-retarded" will not be in my remake or any of my version of the character.

As for the dog. There'll be more with it, but I don't want to get into that right now.

There are literally artists who do nothing but bestiality artwork on Patreon and the service has no problem with them.

One thing that I love about succulence is that we could become a full blown slut without any consequences, she get a fix and the man could play with her body, everyone happy, heck you're the weird one if you're trying so hard to become a virgin (probably couldn't iirc since the tower need you to participate in the ritual)
Nowadays though, there's always consequences (looking at you NTR centered game, like i wanna fap and enjoy happy story not to feel!) or you're going to be restricted on how slutty you are (too little scene, you can't go commando, your journey already over, etc)
So I really hope expanded the slutty experience part. Probably a system where you could ask a man to join your party until there's 3 man and you could do group play somewhere!

My bad, had a trouble translating my thoughts into words. I mean the negative consequences for becoming a slut, still staying in control, not a game without game over or anything like that. Some game portray that the woman losing everything, friends, lover and sanity just to chase that infinite pleasure. Easiest example was metamorphosis manga! It's a manga not a game but it's still the perfect example!
