RPGM Succulence Series Resurrection [Development Thread]

Hey,dude.Will Selena get some clothes to cos the characters from resident evil just like Jill Valentine and Ada Wong in the game?

I mentioned before that I plan to insert holiday related quests into the Second Semester. I also talked about how the Halloween event will have a pirate theme, which has now taken a more rounded shape. I said that the cosplay club will have conventions they could attend, so I figured that since a few of you guys are craving some sort of Resident Evil cosplay, that I’ll shuffle a few things around.

I’ll reveal more about this in my next post later this week with some pics as well (I can’t do that now because I’m posting this on my phone waiting for radio calls at work.)

Succulence: The Second Semester​

Just to remind everyone, all holiday and/or expansion storylines will be given via the Tribal Council in the other world. That means you will have to pass chapter one of the game's main story to have access to them. You'll be able to replay those stories at any time after you complete them.

Halloween Event: Pirate Adventure​

Upon starting the quest labeled "Pirate Attack" you'll be asked by the council to help put down a raid on the western side of the forest. When you travel to the locataion you will do battle with pirates. After defeating a few Serena gets startled as they get back up (with a lovey ecchi scene of course.) It would seem that the pirates are undead. After beating several groups of them, all with inappropriate cutscenes, they lose interest and retreat. Serena sees them sail a boat out to their hideout. A plan is made to infiltrate the island, but Serena needs a disguise.
Enter, the cosplay club.
Serena returns to the school and notices the Halloween decorations. She can get her pirate costume, but she'll need to participate in the school's costume contest. The finalists of that contest has to brave the "haunted maze" the students have built. In the maze will be several challenges that can be passed with no consequence or lost and a piece of Serena's outfit will be removed.
Return to other world for mission.
After several ridiculous interactions with pirates around the island Serena will be taken to the Captain. After helping locate the treasure they were searching for in the western region the Captain strikes a deal with Serena. She can occasionally entertain his men and the villages will be safe as their allies.

Reward for completing the Halloween Event:
A new convention will be added to the choices for the cosplay club, a horror convention.
We'll go into higher detail another time, but I will reveal that you'll be given a choice of three costumes for Serena to wear to said horror con.
Everyone here will have the chance to select those costumes, but we're doing it via a poll/vote.

Please take into account that the other cosplays may be reflected by NPCs on the convention floor Serena will interact with. There will also be a little horny bastard running around the place dressed as everybody's favorite doll, Chucky, that will taunt her during her encounters at the con.

I can only base any convention in-game on my own experience with conventions in the United States. It's based on cons such as Monster Mania, Big Texas Terror, and the like.
The poll choices for outfits are based on characters I didn't already have in mind for interactions around the convention floor.

Heres hoping you consider some anime themed ones. Theres some big anime conventions in texas as well. Conventions are fairly similar so you can apply your convention knowledge to anime conventions (since Serena will be entering cosplay for the first time, she does not need to be knowledgeable with anything anime). Your profile is Sanji, so you should have the bare minimum knowledge of anime. Well, ultimately up to you, but fingers crossed we get some anime/jrpg themed cosplay

I have already mentioned that the cosplay club would be attending anime conventions. That’s why I phrased it “ A new convention will be added to the choices for the cosplay club, a horror convention.”
The holiday events are not part of the main story, so they’re treated as optional adventures. I also have a Christmas one planned, but want the voting for these selections to run at least a week or two so I can plan the costumes accordingly.

I actually have a list of cosplays already done for anime conventions.

The stupid website I made the poll on can apparently only results from so many responses, but it was a very good turnout and there are now three definitive costume selections. 25 of you voted and with more than 40% of the votes deciding each category.
Winners: Ada Wong (Resident Evil 2,) Tsubasa Hanekawa (Monogatari,) & A Cenobite themed outfit inspired by Hellraiser.
Next week I'll show off some prototype designs for the Cenobite.
Thanks for participating. Some of the other selections will join Serena on the convention floor as NPCs with quiz questions for Serena about their series. It'll be a 2 sided ero event. If Serena doesn't get the question right you'll get a scene of her and if she wins you'll see a shot of the other character "indisposed." That way everyone is a winner.
