RPGM - Completed - Succulence [v2.5 AE] [(R)Nest]

- Setting a female teacher as a protagonist makes this game compelling
- Gradual corruption level and unlocking revealing outfits parallel to it makes the gameplay challenging and addictive
- Side characters are relatable and interaction between the protagonist and them is very well designed to make you fall into the story
- A wide range of sexual fetishes are covered in the game
- Managing sanity & lust level adds variation to the gameplay
- Few minor bug issues found
- Key binding system is unavailable

Overall it's a very well-made RPG game. I do feel like The developer has a very high potential and the sequel(Succulence 2) looks promising as well but I personally feel that it could have been better if the game had more variety of outfits to choose from.

This game is strictly average. Personally, I like playing games with a female protagonist, but even so this game simply is a little below par.

What I like about it is that the story is above average for one of it's type, but we're not here just for the story, are we? The MC is somewhat in a unique position and does aid in the story's development, and isn't super jarring. The game also has a lot to do, and probably a lot of things I haven't found.

That being said, the game's length is a problem. Not because of how much there is to do, but because of pacing. I believe I spent several hours in this game before I found a fappable scene. Don't play this game if you want to hop on for a quick fap. It was an absurdly long time to play in order to get to this point, and the reason for such slow pacing could be due to poor direction by the game's part.
I understand I totally would've had a much easier time if I took the time to read all the dialogue very thoroughly, however, when you're playing a game like this, blood is going everywhere else except my brain. There's no quest list or anything, and there's one quest that I don't remember the context behind, and I can't complete because the NPC doesn't remind me.
Visually, this game is just okay. I would say the models are actually poor, not to mention it's mostly still images, except a few 'animations' which are straight up bad.
The gameplay is your average rpgm, but I do like the stealth approach you can have, which is quite unique.
Overall, you could enjoy this game if you prefer gameplay over visuals, but for those who prefer a blend of both or more visuals, this is not the game for you.

While this game is great and better than most other RPGM games out there i did often get stuck without any direction, maybe i didn't pay enough attention but there's often only one exact way to advance any plot line and the game is very bad at giving you directions. But besides that this is great. I wanna become a teacher and endlessly tease my students too now so thanks for that. I'm hoping the sequel improves on the life-sim and sandbox aspects even more

If you are into various outfits and clothes changing which can lead to different plots, this is the one you should try out! A combination of reality and magical world is also interesting. Now I'll move on to the sequel...

Extremely long, interesting plot, okay CGs. While unique, I wasn't really feeling the succubus element - I like when corruption is based on degrading morality not conscious appeasement. Also, while I like the creativity of the SN system, I found myself frequently having to reload saves because I didn't manage it well.

the plot, the tag and especially the art. 10/10. took you like 20hrs to complete i guess.
the only cons is it took the dev too long to complete the game, which made early follower like me feel like decades to play new content. i'll be the first throw my money if he gonna make it on steam

Wow, what a great game I finally met, but also with a great bunch of bullshit.
There are huge amount of content in this game, and plot is fine, I guess, but gaining content is a bit unlogical and bullshit, so consider playing without forcing yourself to get all h-scenes (anyway, there are hints in recollection room, which you'll definitely need, If you like to corrupt your heroine).
I WOULD RECOMMEND TO PLAY.

This is one of the best adult RPGM game out there with the most amount of scenes. Most of the content is well written. The only issue with the game is the lackluster artwork. It would be great if the game is eventually re-made with better artwork.

Really good game, corruption pace is nice, story is nice cg is nice.
The faults are imo the fact that the city of ahn saga is weirdly unnecessary, it doesn't really correlate entirely, seems like a spin off when you play it. The school and modern day setting is great, there's multiple events to enjoy and play through. The game is quite long, I've put in a lot of hours into the game. The main character is very enjoyable and I haven't even completed the game fully yet.

Here are the cons, the cg could've been much better, city if ahn could've had better events, voices could've been added, more enjoyable music etc, mainly quality of life improvements. Otherwise the game is great and deserves 5 stars.

a true spiritual successor to the combin action games which are in development hell. enjoying every in-game day, i've amassed over 20 hours of playtime. tons of costumes to choose from. pretty good 3d renders. you can get every scene in one play-through i'm pretty sure.

the one negative is the combat is extremely easy thus making it unbalanced. it's another game where you you can run from every single fight and only need to defeat a boss or two which you will just one shot so i recommend playing the game without a weapon equipped and with the cursed ring equipped.

Well, I was really looking forward to seeing this game be completed a couple of years ago, but now that I played the finished version I must say, It's not what I was expecting.

The keyword of this game is Voyeurism, out of so many lewd events I'd say 80% of those are Serena poses with different clothes, in different situations. There is sex, but not much.

And sincerely, for a game that has a succubus, a sex demon, as the main character, it's impressive how submissive she is. Seriously, she can be mind broken, she is can be raped and blackmailed. And if you think there is any corruption in this game, try again. There aren't levels of corruption, the only thing her succubus level does is unlocking new scenes, but they don't change the past scenes, what she was embarrassed before, she is still embarrassed at the end of the game. And for someone that still wants to be a teacher, the Exhibitionism is contradictory. There is one or other femdom, or a scene that she seduces a boy, but you can count those in your fingers. most of this game is Voyeurism. I don't even see the point of her being a succubus.

The contract thing is optional, but it's a chore, I didn't like it, but you need to unlock some scenes. The main story is as weak as you can get. The developer basically made the Serena model, liked it very much, and didn't make any other.

I tried to find something to like in this game, but sincerely, I couldn't. There is grinding, there are few models (and only Serena one was well made and the others barely appear), it has few sex scenes and most of those are rape or blackmail, and has barely any text.

In the end, I don't even know why I played it until the end. Sorry dev, but I can't recommend it.

Very nicely done! Excellent use of the rpgm engine and great pacing. This is how hrpgm games should be made and female protag with exhibitionism is great! The stealth system is also great. My only issue with it was the choice of honey select as the base art style, however the structure of the game caused it to make little difference in the grand scheme of things.

I really don't see any reasonable way through this game with out at least doing the money cheat, and spamming Items from the Gift shop to control your sanity and lust. And even at that with out loads of the Accessories item's that save you from game over you will still lose or spamming the use of the debug menu, which can be dangerous to your game. ( Thankfully the game allows continue in most event's but if continuing with same Lust, and sanity your options will be stalemated, unless you have the Items from gift shop to adjust or use debug which may mess up your game. )

Using Cheat engine to lock the values of lust and sanity (value*2+1) is also and alternative, but variables can slip past cheat engine even when locked, so you need to monitor it.

The balance for a non cheated game seems to just be very off. I do love the game a lot though, as so much work is in this, and such a vivid imagination from the creator.

just mostly you should expect to probably cheat some I believe, for sure first time players will be at a loss, and for many that may be a problem if you're not familiar with the cheat options, and have little knowledge of how to even start the game let alone begin to cheat.


As I can cheat with the best of them I Very much like this game a lot [with her FF10 Yuna face with out the different colored eyes she is quite pretty] ( It is a lot like Combin Ation games ), I just personally think the balance is like major off for and adult erotic game play.<< (My Opinion Every one has one) (Some sort of freeze the Lust and sanity cheat build into the game would have been most helpful.)

I think many that play these are not avid game players, they just want to see content Mostly and quite often play these games in a whimsical manor. And that is quite often the case for me too.

I love the abundant amount of events when I find them very much. And it is a wonderfully fun game Over all.

This is the game that really sold me on RPGM for lewd games.
It boasts a solid main plotline, lots of side content to explore, a great clothing system with new scenes for certain outfits, and a combat system that is simple but satisfying.
I can understand if RPGM games aren't for you, but I believe you'd be doing yourself a disservice by skipping out on this gem.

This is the best RPGM so far. The CG's are great, the main character is a beauty (I've grown sick of those RenPy stock models) and the story never got boring. There may at times be confusing plots wherein you don't know what to do; I have also missed scenes. But overall, nice game!

This is the best game in this website, i went in with low expectations and it became one of my favorites. Huge amount of content, good exploration, good characters, great corruption progress and lots of freedom, the fantasy world could have been bigger but it's still nice. 10/10!

Cons

• Too short in my opinion although that might be due to less combat or grinding like seen in other games
• H-scenes should've been shortened upon second viewing, something done by Liz Tower, instead of them constantly being replayed
• Even tho we're a succubus, our powers and abilities see little to no use; first because there's little combat and secondly because the fact we are a succubus is put in the background instead of it being the main focus of our character

Pros

• Not too grindy, something commonly seen in other JRPG games, especially those of erotic nature
• The H-scene are very well done and the CGI never came off as weird, props to the creator for doing this properly
• Very good concept and story albeit one that needed a bit more content

Overall this game was very interesting and clearly show a lot of work put into it by the developer, the story, while interesting, lacked a bit more intriguing moments and we had to finish the game with the aid of the walkthrough which isn't a good sign. However, the CGI, the H-scenes and the character of Serena herself give this game a very good 4/5.

Would be a 5/5 if the art and animations were better, I personally dislike the floating penis model they reuse but it could be fine for you

TIPS!
This is an excellent game, but there are a few confusing bits, and its easy to miss content, so here are some tips to get the most out of it without wasting time.

1. Use the recollection room for scene hints. I didn't do this originally and so I missed about 2/3 of the scenes by the time I completed the main quest.
2. Many of the scenes require specific clothing to be worn. Try to get the black suit and revealing suit as soon as possible. Hints for this are at the very top of the recollection room.
3. If you ever get stuck, search this forum thread. I got stuck a few times due to poor instructions/game design. Other people had provided screenshots/instructions in the comments. E.g. after completing the science club quest-line you get a special device (trying not to give spoilers). You have to put it in your classroom but the game tells you just to put it 'somewhere.'
4. There are two worlds in the game. Normal earth and a magical world. The main quest happens in the magical world, but there is actually about twice as much content in the normal world. The provided walkthougth (at least at time of writing) provides absolute minimal instructions for just the main quest.
   
   I highly recommend this game. I had a lot of fun and its pretty hot. There's a lot of content, and very little recycled CG. If you use the recollection room, you should be able to get multiple scenes every in game day. I hope these tips help you have more fun with it.

Really enjoyed this game. Loads of content and hot situations to get into, and you can do more or less everything in a single play. Took me about 24 hours of playtime to get every item in the recollection gallery but you could get through faster doing just the main quest.

The main drawback is the render quality, which isn't all that great to be honest. It's mostly why I'm not giving five stars. You mostly get one or two static images per scene, and these images are very basic compared to most other games on this site. The writing, gameplay and context makes up for it somewhat though.

Being an RPGM game, it also has the usual annoyances, like inventory issues. Fortunately the game is *very* light on combat and inventory management is mostly limited to picking the right outfits. There's also no text or scene skip as usual, and the game doesn't have a quest journal. There's a recollection room that sort of works like one but getting to it requires finding a warp spot (special books) around the game world. And with my gold fish memory, this involved more trips than I would have liked to re-read the hints as I kept losing track of what I should be doing next.

All in all though, enjoyable game.

Also a tip for prospective players: You don't actually need to work at the school every day. You can skip time by going to your bed again in the morning/evening. I discovered this later in the game than I want to admit
